Our friendly, competent, team-oriented staff offers comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare services for our community.
Services include Lab, X-ray, Audio-visual, Immunizations, Well Child (CHDP), Women's Health, work and school physicals, urgent and acute care, family planning, referral services, diabetes and wound care, HIV counseling, lung function testing, podiatry, nutrition counseling, community gardening, and Tele-health / Tele-medicine including endocrinology, nutrition, and psychology.

Contract Health Services (CHS) covers medical services that cannot be provided at the Health Center, including cardiology, neurology, nephrology, ophthalmology, optometry, otolaryngology, and advanced imaging such as MRI and CT scans.
Native American patients must be eligible to qualify. CHS assists with Medi-Cal share of cost, insurance balances, and deductibles.
Patients must receive a Level 1 referral from a Health Center provider before seeing an outside specialist. Failure to meet eligibility or referral requirements may result in denied coverage.
