Round Valley Indian Health Center includes the Yuki Trails Human Services Program, located at 23000 Henderson Road. Yuki Trails is a Tribal organization dedicated to promoting healing, wellness, and resilience for individuals, families, and the community.

Services include free consultation for youth and their families, new parents, and caregivers, as well as comprehensive behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults.

Yuki Trails Garden Program

The Yuki Trails Garden Program supports community wellness through hands-on engagement with traditional foods, gardening education, and nutrition awareness. The program fosters connection to the land while promoting physical, emotional, and cultural well-being.
